I am very upset.  I am getting customers who are very irate at having to go to the Post Office to collect my invitations.  Apparently, this has happened previously (which I was not really aware of) so people are getting very annoyed.  Understandably so.  But we did pay for the stamps and we did stick them religiously on over 1000 invites.  I am going to take the matter up with Royal Mail, because I can't have my customers being upset.  The majority of them have gone through, so I really cannot understand why this has happened on a few invites.  Apologies once more to everyone who has had to go to the Post Office.  If you have paid the surcharge, please come into the shop and we will reimburse you.  And if you can give me email addresses, then we can email you in future!
